How To Throw An Elegant Spring Brunch

Spring is the perfect time to host a special brunch, lunch or dinner. Recently, I got together with some talented local women who I met at the New England Coastal Creative conference for a cheerful brunch at the Providence, Rhode Island home of interior designer Corey Low Satti. It was a lovely sunny morning where the Prosecco flowed, as did the conversation and fun energy.

I shared a little bit of the photos on Instagram, but I meant to share more of the day in a proper blog post. In addition, a glimpse o this spring brunch was just featured in the May issue of Rhode Island Monthly, which is so excfiting.

Satti created a sophisticated blue and white table with a mix of textures, florals, vintage candlesticks, antique vases, rattan chargers and stylish colorful glassware. She used some of her own pieces while also sourcing new items from local antique shops (see below for sources). Madison Brooks of MHB Paper created illustrated floral place card holders and a beautiful menu for a special touch. I helped with our wardrobe, styling and gathered items such as food and accessories. It really was a fun collaboration! All photos were shot by the talented Caitlin Elizabeth James.

So see below and get inspired to host mom for Mother's Day or invite over a few friends for a special meal.
